Hollywood Sign: 9.25.16

Not too much to say about the hike to the sign other than is was in the 90s and was hot. The hike itself was more challenging due to heat and not due to length, elevation gain, terrain, or anything really to do with the trail to the sign.

Cool to do once, but not more than that. If I had to rank Griffith Observatory, Los Angeles Abandoned Zoo, and the Hollywood sign, I would rank them in order of need to see as follows: 1) Los Angeles Abandoned Zoo, 2) Griffith Observatory, and 3) the Hollywood sign. All three are within close proximity of one another so you can do all three in a day with ease and be able to spend ample time at each.
