Amp Human PR Lotion & LactiGo Lotion

I am a big fan of these products. I have had several 4-6 hour MMA and Krav Maga evaluations where I was testing for rank. During different extended, intense evaluations, I have alternated between these two lotions. Regardless of which lotion I used, I put it on all major muscle groups I knew I would be working during those evaluations (hamstrings, quads, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and upper and lower back). These evaluations included technical pad work, speed, BJJ, long rounds of sparring (boxing, kicking, clinch, grappling), simulated weapon attacks and defense, etc.

During the evaluation and even afterwards, I did not experience any cramping, sensations associated with lactic acid buildup, muscular fatigue, or extreme soreness. Some soreness certainly; I did workout, hard, for 4-5 hours after all. Both products help bicarbonate sink into the muscles to break up lactic acid build up.

I like these products equally and for me, they work equally well. The only mild draw back to the old Amp Human PR Lotion formula was that is took a while to soak into my skin. I would have to put this on 30-45 minutes before the workout. It is recommended to also apply either of these lotions immediately following an intense workout. I never felt the need to. However, since the purchase of the original Amp, the creators updated their formula and from what I have read, took into consideration users' comments regarding the long soak in time and mild greasy feeling.
